Exchange & Returns Policy
At NovL Enterprises, we do our utmost to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied with their orders. However, in the event that you are unhappy with your order, please be aware of the process for returns as laid out below.
Product Returns:
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. Returns can only be accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition. A return which meets these requirements will be refunded to the original payment method.
Any shipping costs which we incur in collecting the returned item will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Damaged Items:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@novl.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, and our Team will investigate accordingly.
